
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We expect guests to leave the house in the same condition they entered it in. If you make a mess, be kind and clean up after yourself.
2. We ask that guests do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn off all lights, heaters and air conditioners upon departure.
3. The properties are located in residential areas, therefore no parties allowed and all noise must cease by 10pm.
4. No smoking indoors. Additional cleaning fees apply if smoke is detected indoors.
5. Pets only permitted at Gina's Place. Pets are allowed upon application prior to your confirmed booking. Fees and pet deposit apply.

6. All guests staying at the property must be registered prior to arrival. Please contact us for registration form.

7. A 20% deposit is required upon booking and full is payment due 14 days prior to arrival.

8. We have a 14 day cancellation policy and request that all changes to your booking are done before this time. We offer flexible cancellation terms when government lockdowns due to Covid are enacted. Please contact us for confirmation of these terms prior to booking.
